Zhijiang Intime Department Store is a landmark commercial development forged through the strategic alliance of Changjiu Group and Intime Group, strategically positioned in the core of Zhejiang New Town. Originally conceived as a central plaza surrounded by Changjiu Center's office towers and hotel complex, the project underwent a transformative roof structure extension after extensive feasibility studies. This enhancement created a 60,000-square-meter retail destination, which commenced operations in September 2020.
For this development, our firm executed the architectural façade design and master spatial planning. Through meticulous design philosophy and innovative spatial configuration, we achieved seamless integration of aesthetic form and commercial function, crafting a distinctive retail and experiential destination for visitors.
