GOODTAI CULTURAL-TOURISM PLAZA occupies a strategic hub between Taian Railway Station and Taishan Station, seamlessly integrating urban vitality through unparalleled transport connectivity. The development spans a 27,906.42 m² site with approximately 130,000 m² of total floor area.
Commencing with site planning in 2022, our iterative design process culminated in a mixed-use complex featuring a 4-story above-ground mall, 2-level basement, and a 17-story four-star hotel.
The primary façade orients toward Mount Tai, its angular silhouette echoing the mountain’s majestic aura through vertically articulated rectangular volumes. The south elevation responds to planned public green spaces with terraced balconies at strategic levels, creating environmental dialogue while injecting sculptural playfulness.
This design secured municipal approval in 2024 and currently advances toward construction implementation.
