The project is situated near Dongfeng East Road's municipal administrative center in Dezhou, Shandong. With 238,000 m² of floor area, this large-scale commercial complex operates under Shandong DeBai Group.
In 2022, we redesigned its entire façade. Addressing the 350-meter-long northern street frontage - where pedestrians struggle to comprehend the full elevation when traversing the north plaza - we conceptualized segmented zones with distinct material treatments. This approach creates dynamic formal expressions and light-shadow interplay across the exterior.
For interior spaces, we've progressively executed phased upgrades in recent years, having completed planning adjustments for B1 through Level 3.
