This 60,000-square-meter architectural vessel carries the city’s collective memory, bearing witness to epochal shifts and commercial evolution.
In 2012, we initiated the first transformation by reconfiguring interior spaces. Through functional optimization and circulation redesign, we reinterpreted outdated infrastructure into contemporary consumer destinations, unlocking renewed commercial vitality.
The 2021 façade revitalization awakened the building’s expression with contemporary lightness. Modern design language elevated its presence within the urban fabric, establishing it as a neighborhood landmark while preserving its enduring cultural warmth.
During 2022, we reengineered the western atrium’s structure and spatial dynamics. By dissolving functional boundaries and orchestrating light, flow, and materials, we created multi-layered experiential depth – forging a new signature destination within the architectural core.
